Ordering
In-Vision Marketing strives to make your ordering process as convenient and easy as possible.
Minimum Order
The minimum quantity of any item is the first quantity amount shown in the pricing table. However, sometimes manufacturers will have an Absolute Minimum quantity of 1/2 the listed quantity. This minimum usually requires a "less than minimum" charge and varies in amount from manufacturer to manufacturer. Pricing
The more promotional items you buy, the more you save. Prices are per piece unless otherwise noted and based on the quantity you order. Pricing normally includes 1 color imprint in 1 location excluding embroidery. Please note: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Possible Additional Costs
Set-Up Charge
A set-up charge is needed on all imprinted orders except blank orders to cover the cost of making and setting up a plate, mold, film, or screen. The fee is charged per color per imprint location and it varies depending on the promotional product.
Running Charges
When you have more than one color printed on your promotional items, there may be an additional cost per item.
Over or Under Runs
We bill at exact quantities. In some instances to ensure that there are enough accurately printed products some extras of your product may be ran or if any of the items do not meet the high imprint standards, a few may be discarded. The Industry average ranges from +-5 % for over or under runs. Please note: In-Vision Marketing reserves the right to charge your credit card for any overages and of course we will issue a credit for any under runs.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect Sales Tax in the State of Ohio and any other state who requires we collect sales tax on Internet sales. If your company or organization is tax exempt, please include your tax exempt number in the comment section of the order form and fax us a copy of your tax exempt form at 614-755-9339. Once your form is received, your order will be credited for the tax amount.
Samples
In-Vision Marketing wants you to be pleased with the products you are ordering. We offer random samples, blank samples and pre-production proofs. Please note: In-Vision Marketing reserves the right to decline non-business or questionable sample requests.
Imprinted Samples
If you would like to be able to see, hold, feel and inspect the product before you actually purchase it, we are happy to provide you with an imprinted sample of the product. You will simply need to pay shipping on the item (s). If you order this particular promotional product, we will credit the shipping on your order. Click here to request a sample.
Blank Samples
If you would like to order a sample item without an imprint, please let us know in the samples comment section. We will contact you for payment. The price of the blank sample will be credited on your order.
Pre-Production Proofs
We can provide a sample item with your actual imprint for your approval before production. Pricing varies depending on the type of item and imprint. Production time ranges from 2 to 15 working days. Artwork
At In-Vision Marketing we strive to make your ordering process simple and easy. Once you have made your item (s) selection, simply upload your camera ready artwork as part of the ordering process. After we review your artwork, we will contact you if your artwork will require further revisions.
Logo Creation and Enhancements
If your artwork is not camera ready or in a vector format, we’ll be happy to work with you to ensure you have high quality artwork for a high quality imprint. In-Vision Marketing can clean-up and enhance your artwork or we can create a logo for you from scratch. We’ll give you 3 unique designs to choose from and 2 revisions. Text only messages or logos will be enhanced or created for free.
Fonts
If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the name or actual font. When using Adobe Illustrator or an ESP file, please convert your fonts to outlines before uploading your artwork. If using Corel Draw, please convert text to curves.
Formats
A high quality imprint begins with high quality artwork that is clear, crisp and sharp. Artwork uploaded in formats other than the acceptable ones listed below may not print clearly. If you are unable to provide artwork in these formats, we offer logo creation and design.

Faxed Artwork
PMS
PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System. If your imprint on your promotional product (s) needs to match certain colors exactly, please provide us with the corresponding PMS color. Please note there is normally an additional charge for PMS matching.
Proofs
All artwork must be approved before production on your promotional items can begin. You will be sent an email requesting you to approve your artwork. Once your artwork is approved, then production on your order can begin.
Payment Methods
You may charge your purchase to Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Production
Production time may vary from item to item. Normally production time for the majority of our products is 5-10 business days. Please note, production will not begin on your products until order and artwork approval has been received. Production time excludes shipping. We have many products that can be produced in 1 or 3 days. Rush production on other standard items is available at an extra charge. Shipping and Delivery
We take great pride in working to ensure your products arrive at the right location at the right time. Our products are sold F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once the carrier picks up the product. Freight will be added to your order at the time of check-out. In order to help keep your shipping charges to a minimum, we provide shipment via UPS Ground or FedEx. Shipping time via UPS Ground is from 3 to 5 business days. Please help in supplying your street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box Number. In-Vision Marketing is not responsible for carrier non-fulfillment due to strikes, fires, weather or other causes beyond our control. Rush Shipments
In-Vision Marketing offers rush or expedited shipping. You have the option of choosing your carrier and the type of rush shipment you need at the time of checkout. If you are unsure of what type of service may be the best option, just give us a call at 888-717-3277 and will be happy to assist you.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily unavailable, it will be noted as a backorder on the packing slip. Back-ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they are available.
Cancellations
We will make every effort to cancel your order if possible. If your order has not reached the production phase, there will be no charges. If an item has reached the production phase, unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order. Any artwork charges still apply.
Returns
We appreciate your business and your satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. Please report any product or service problems within 10 days of receipt of product. If you feel that your order was produced incorrectly, please give us a call or email us. Please note: no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. For an exchange or replacement, please follow the steps below to ensure proper processing:
- Call us at 888-717-3277 for authorization and the correct return address.
- Repack the item (s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing list.
- Send your item (s) back to the return address via ground shipment.
- Once the package is received, we will happily send you a replacement or refund the original purchase price excluding the shipping charges.
For a defective or broken product, you must return it within 10 days of delivery. For exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.
