Artwork


A high quality imprint begins with high quality artwork that is clear, crisp and sharp. For the highest quality imprint of your logo or message on your promotional product and to help maximize your return on your investment, please follow the guidelines listed below when submitting your artwork:

File Requirements:
Artwork must be in a vector format. For your convenience below is a list of acceptable and unacceptable file types:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) Versions 9 – CS3
Corel Draw (.cdr)
Encapsulated Postscript (.eps format)

Unacceptable File Types
JPEG (.jpg)
PDF (.pdf)
Photoshop (.psd)
Fireworks (.png)
Bitmap (.bmp)
Tiff (.tif)
Gif (.gif)

Unacceptable Artwork Creation
Art from the Web
Art from Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Power Point, Publisher, etc.
Faxed Artwork
 
Fonts:
If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the name or actual font. When using Adobe Illustrator or an ESP file, please convert your fonts to outlines before uploading your artwork. If using Corel Draw, please convert text to curves.

Color:
PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System. If your imprint on your promotional product (s) needs to match certain colors exactly, please provide us with the corresponding PMS color. Please note there is normally an additional charge for PMS matching

Proofs:
All artwork must be approved before production on your promotional items can begin. You will be sent an email requesting you to approve your artwork. Once your artwork is approved, then production on your order can begin.

If your artwork is not camera ready or in a vector format, our team of graphic art professionals will work with you to create or clean-up your artwork. We’ll give you 3 unique designs to choose from and 2 revisions. Text only messages or logos will be enhanced or created for free. For more information, please click here.
