What happens after I place my order?
At In-Vision, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. After placing your order, you will be contacted immediately if we have any questions or if your artwork will not produce a quality imprint. We will be happy to work with you to get your artwork imprint ready. If your artwork is acceptable, you will receive an order acknowledgement along with a proof of your artwork. You must approve your order and artwork in order for production to begin. We will keep you informed of your order status throughout the ordering process and will send you an email with your shipment tracking numbers when your order is on its way.
Will I be able to add, delete or cancel an item off of my order?
How do I place a reorder?
Why do I need to pay for a set-up charge?
In order to prepare your artwork for decoration and to imprint on an item; printing plates, films, screens, molds or embroidery tapes are necessary to prepare. These costs are independent of the actual costs of imprinting.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Sales tax will be collected for all states in which authorities require us to collect sales tax on Internet purchases. Otherwise, sales tax will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is vector art?
Vector graphics use mathematical relationships between points and the paths connecting them to describe an image. The image can be scaled to a larger size and not lose any quality or resolution. The result is the image is clearer, crisper and sharper.
What if I don’t have my logo in a vector file?
In-Vision Marketing offers logo enhancement services that can turn your current artwork into a vector file.
How do I send my artwork?
You can upload your artwork during the ordering process. Just enter your file name or browse for your file name and your artwork will be uploaded to us.
What kind of file should I send?
We require a vector file in one of the following formats:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) Versions 9-CS3
Corel Draw (.cdr)
EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
How long is my artwork stored?
Your artwork is stored for up to 2 years for your convenience.
What are PMS Colors?
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. It allows a color to be selected that is not open to subjectivity. Please note computer monitors display colors in RGB format so the color that you see on your screen may not be accurately match the actual corresponding color on the PMS color chart.
What is the difference between a proof and a pre-production proof?
A proof is a sample of what your imprint will look like via email and a pre-production proof is having your imprint placed on an actual item before you order.
What is the difference between spot color and 4-color process printing?
Spot color refers to printing in which each color is printed with its own ink. It’s best when the image only contains 1 to 3 different colors. Full color or 4 color process printing use a combination of 4 inks: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black to produce all other colors.
How long will it take to get my order of promotional products?
Production time for promotional products varies from item to item. The normal production time range is 7 to 15 days. Please note: Production time does not begin until we receive your order and artwork approval. Production time does not include shipping.
How will my order be shipped?
To provide low cost economical shipping, our orders are shipped via USP or USPS. Standard ship time is 3 to 5 business days. We also offer shipping to other carriers for your convenience. Can I return goods?
Yes you can return goods depending on the problem or issue. We appreciate your business and your satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. Please report any product or service problems within 10 days of receipt of product. If you feel that your order was produced incorrectly, please give us a call or email us. Please note: no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. For an exchange or replacement, please follow the steps below to ensure proper processing:
1. Call us at 888-717-3277 for authorization and the correct return address.
2. Repack the item (s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing list.
3. Send your item (s) back to the return address via ground shipment.
4. Once the package is received, we will happily send you a replacement or refund the original purchase price excluding the shipping charges.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Due to the customization and personalized of an imprinted item, once production has begun on an order, the order cannot be cancelled. Please call us at 888-717-3277 to find out the status of your order and we will let you know at this time if your order can be cancelled.
